The scope of an analysis:

	a requirements analysis concerning an area the IT system is to be implemented for,
	a definition of organizational and economical goals of the implementation,
	an analysis of a level of a preparation/readiness of the company for the implementation (e.g. a correctness of an organizational structure, Business Process definition, a completeness and cosistency of current data bases, a current IT infrastructure),
	a definition of basic implementation project items, like a frame schedule, a budget suggested, a methodology of project progress monitoring etc.
