MF&PARTNERS CONSULTING is a recognized Polish consulting company. It has delivered consulting service in the area of IT and enterprise management for more than 130 business companies and institutions in Poland and abroad). Since its origins, the company is led by Professor Mariusz Flasiński.
M. Flasiński organized Department for MRP II System Implementation in the Polish-American company 
Qumak International Ltd. in 1994. He coordinated MRP II implementations in Poland till 1997. In 1997-98 he delivered independent IT consulting service (within Department of Consulting and Training) making use of the experience gained during coordinating IT projects in Switzerland and Germany as well as projects financed by the European Commission in Brussels. In December 1998 the M. Flasiński established the new company called TCH CONSULTING. The company, after purchasing its most shares by the biggest Polish IT group - OPTIMUS S.A. at the end of 2001, has changed its name to OPTIMUS CONSULTING. In May 2004 all the company shares were purchased by Prof. Flasiński and his collaborators. The company has finally changed its name to MF&PARTNERS CONSULTING.
